Diamond Cobb requires a deposit to be paid at time of booking in order to secure an appointment. This deposit is non-refundable, and will be kept if you cancel without rescheduling. If you have any questions about your deposit, please contact Diamond Cobb.
This deposit is not an addition to the total.

A $25 late fee will be applied after the first 10 minutes of tardiness. An additional $5 will be added for every 10 minutes thereafter.
If you are more than 30–60 minutes late (depending on the service booked), your appointment may be canceled.

Clients who miss their appointment without notice will not be eligible for a refund.
If you cancel less than 24 hours prior or fail to show up at your appointment, your deposit will be kept and you will be charged the difference between your deposit and 50% of service price for cancelling with less than 24 hours notice and 100% if you fail to show up at your appointment.

Please ensure your hair is fully detangled before your appointment, unless you have specifically booked a takedown service. If hair is not properly detangled, services may be delayed or declined, as this impacts both timing and the quality of service.
All braiding services include shampoo, conditioning, blow-dry, and hair. If you have specific color preferences, these must be requested at the time of booking. Be sure to include the desired size, length, and color in the appointment notes.

Please arrive on time and attend your appointment alone. Clients may arrive no more than 10 minutes early. One additional guest is allowed only if the appointment is for a child or if a translator is needed. All other guests will be kindly asked to wait outside.
Please note that service times include cleanup and preparation for the next client, which takes approximately 15–30 minutes. For example, if your appointment is scheduled from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, the actual service is expected to conclude by 11:45 AM at the latest.

A consultation is mandatory before booking any chemical service—including color, lightener, or relaxer. Please schedule a consultation prior to making your chemical service appointment.
