Diamond Cobb requires a deposit to be paid at time of booking in order to secure an appointment. This deposit is non-refundable, and will be kept if you cancel without rescheduling. If you have any questions about your deposit, please contact Diamond Cobb.
This deposit is not an addition to the total.

A $25 late fee will be applied after the first 10 minutes of tardiness. An additional $5 will be added for every 10 minutes thereafter.
If you are more than 30–60 minutes late (depending on the service booked), your appointment may be canceled.

Clients who miss their appointment without notice will not be eligible for a refund.
If you cancel less than 24 hours prior or fail to show up at your appointment, your deposit will be kept and you will be charged the difference between your deposit and 50% of service price for cancelling with less than 24 hours notice and 100% if you fail to show up at your appointment.

Hair must be fully detangled prior to your appointment unless you have scheduled a takedown service. Services may be refused if the hair is not properly detangled, as this affects timing and overall service quality.

Please arrive on time and come alone. Clients are allowed to arrive no more than 10 minutes early. Only one additional guest is allowed if the appointment is for a child or if a translator is required. All others will be kindly asked to wait outside.
